Christianity in the Czech Republic has a millennium-old history. Introduced by missionaries like Cyril and Methodius, it flourished under Prince Wenceslaus I in the 10th century. The Hussite movement, stemming from Jan Hus's reforms, challenged Catholic dominance in the 15th century. The Counter-Reformation reinstated Catholicism, but religious diversity persisted. The 20th century saw communist suppression. Yet, in this post- comunismo era, Christianity remains a part of Czech cultural heritage amid a pluralistic society. Join us as we teach the native people about their deep spiritual heritage.

Upon returning from a 7-week stay in Eastern Czech Republic, I immersed myself in its culture, education, and worship, particularly in Prague and Moravia. Despite historical faithfulness, post-communism, attendance in churches of all denominations dwindled, with the country now predominantly non-Christian. Feeling called to revive Christian roots, I'm seeking missionaries of all ages, believing in God's favor upon this mission.
